Hello!

I’m Maria, a Copenhagen based motion designer. I grew up in Aarhus but moved to the small city Kolding where I studied communication design at DSKD for 3 years. During my education I wanted to learn more about motion so I decided to pack my stuff and go on exhange to Germany to study illustration and animation at HAW. In those 6 months my love for animation grew rapidly and it only continues! I love using Motion Design and Animation as a means of story telling and I continue learning the craft and getting new inspiration every day.

When I graduated in 2018 I started freelancing and I’ve been lucky enough to work with the amazing and talented people at DR Ramasjang and LEGO Education. Now I work full time as a motion designer at Berlingske.
